Overview E Contractors USA, LLC is engaged in a pivotal project with The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) to renovate the BBS building for the McGovern Medical School’s new MRI imaging center. The project encompasses a 2,500-square-foot imaging suite on the first floor, adjacent to the East Lobby at 1941 East Road, Houston, TX 77054.

Design and Construction:
• Creation of a magnet room, control room, and supporting spaces.

Demolition and Rebuild:
• Removal of specific building façade sections to facilitate the delivery of large equipment.
• Interior demolition and reconstruction per the approved design.

Technical Enhancements:
• Shielding upgrades for imaging equipment.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications to meet stringent specifications.
