Our scope of work included the conversion of an existing work shop building into functional working offices through a complete demolition and rebuild process. The project encompassed the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with all necessary finishes, to create a new and improved workspace as planned.

Throughout the project, we were mindful of maintaining the continuity of day-to-day operations and protecting existing finishes as directed. We implemented measures to ensure that the ongoing operations of the administrative building were not interrupted during the renovation process. Our team meticulously executed the renovation of the existing admin building, which included the installation of completely new MEP systems and finishes. The aim was to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space while preserving the integrity of the existing finishes.
