E Contractors, a trusted contractor selected by the City of Houston, successfully undertook the repair and renovation project of Fire Station 38 on Silber Road. Their meticulous execution and attention to detail brought the city’s vision for the fire station to life. The scope of the project included a comprehensive renovation of various areas within the building, such as the kitchen, dining area, captain’s office and quarters, and sleeping quarters.
E Contractors ensured that these spaces were upgraded and transformed to meet the specific requirements and standards set by the city.

In addition to the building renovation, E Contractors also undertook a full power upgrade of the electrical service. This involved enhancing the electrical infrastructure of the fire station to accommodate the increased power demands. By doing so, they ensured the building’s electrical systems would operate efficiently and safely.

Another crucial aspect of the project was the complete HVAC upgrade. E Contractors installed new ductwork and air conditioning units, effectively modernizing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the fire station.
